Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Final sale or custom orders are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at service@softlinedesign.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back securely with tracking information.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or colors may be available depending on stock availability. Contact us first to confirm.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
